Evidence of War, Book 2, continues with, the humans and transplanted Sabretooth Restans having begun a military alliance. While they were natural enemies in the ancient past on Earth, they must join together to protect themselves from the alien Devils which long ago devastated all the sentient races in our part of the galaxy. While sharing military technology has progressed well, the humans have a secret they have not yet shared. A secret project started long ago to trick and ambush any alien fleet approaching Earth, work on this is also progressing. But a human convoy from that secret star system is found and destroyed, and two Star-Guardians responding to the attack also are attacked, destroying one and badly damaging the other. As human and Restan warships battle the advanced guard of the Devil aliens, the humans launch a secret mission deep inside alien space. And now the mysterious ships called "Watchers" reveal there is yet another race transplanted from Earth thousands of years ago.
