He can pounce unannounced at a time of his choosing for maximum impact, bewilderment and embarrassment. Office holders and press members beware. Ka-boom, the sword will drop, better have any promises in writing.
The much touted checks and balances enacted in the US constitution will be useless if all three branches are compromised, all legal options are exhausted.
If POTUS can make it plain to ‘normies’ that the legislattive, judicial and executive branches including the Department of Justice have all been compromised by Chinese influence and that as a consequence a fair election is impossible,
then there are clear grounds for dissolving elected government positions and substituting an alternative government of his choosing including a new election infrastructure.
Then it is also justified to hold military trials for those identified as traitors whose actions destabilized the republic.
By Devolution the author means the removal of the bogus compromised governmental structures at the pleasure of the new regime.
Political parties could be disbanded. Corporate charters could be revoked.
Existing Executive Orders have both declared a state of national emergency and several classified EOs that ‘are so secret that under these extraordinary plans, ‘devolution’ could circumvent the normal Constitutional provisions for government succession, and military could be placed in control around America.’

Part 10, a very long chapter covers the ‘Silent War’, the deployment of the China virus bioweapon that was to ‘be used as a pretext to steal the 2020 election.’

Americas enemies jump at the chance to assist them in their operations. For example, when the CCP has the opportunity to make a shady deal with a corrupt American politician (or a member of his/her family) it becomes the best case scenario for the CCP. Having proof of corrupt dealings provides the CCP with the opportunity to control those government officials that are involved. They can use the proof of the dealings as blackmail and that is an effective tool for getting what you want. It doesnt take long to destroy the greatest nation on earth when its leaders have sold it out.
