The book is written on the basis of lectures read by the author at the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of the Al-Farabi KazNU and the results of the author’s study on the theory of controllability and optimal speed of linear and nonlinear systems., integro-differential equations with constrains parabolic equations. The results of fundamental research on mathematical programming, calculus of variations and optimal control are given. The book is intended for undergraduates and PhD students specializing for the speciality ‘Mathematics’.
